On WhatsApp, most travellers receive a personalised itinerary and price breakdown within 2 hours during business hours (9am–7pm Brazil time, UTC-3). By email, we reply within 1 business day. Weekends may take slightly longer.
Travel dates (or approximate month), group size, and which package interests you most. That's enough to build a quote. If you're not sure which package fits, just send your dates and group size and we'll recommend the right option.
Both. The packages on the site are our most popular combinations, but we build custom itineraries regularly — different durations, different starting cities, specific interests (birdwatching, photography, kitesurfing). Just tell us what you have in mind.
The lagoons are at their fullest between July and September, after the rainy season. This is when the dunes are white, the lagoons are deepest and the colours are at their most vivid. Outside this window, some lagoons may not be accessible — we'll advise based on your specific dates.
All intercity transfers are always private — exclusively for your group. Most excursions are also private, though some packages include shared excursions (clearly labelled on each package page with a 👥 badge). If you'd like everything private, we can arrange that — just ask when you contact us.
Payment details are provided once you have your personalised quote and are ready to confirm. We accept international bank transfers and other methods discussed directly. A deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance is due before departure. All terms are provided in writing before any payment is made.
Yes — changes and cancellations are subject to the policies described on each package page. Generally: more than 45 business days before departure, 30% of the total is retained. Less than 45 business days, 60% is retained. No-shows or cancellations within 8 days are non-refundable. Full terms are provided before booking. See full cancellation policy →
No. All communication with us is in English, from the first WhatsApp message to the final transfer. Your guide or driver on the ground speaks Portuguese — but for all practical purposes (navigation, hotels, excursions), everything is handled. A bilingual English/Portuguese guide is also available at +€170/day if you'd like someone alongside you throughout.
